The Ames Family: Well, I grew up in Colorado Springs, moved to Logan, UT to go to school to become an elementary school teacher. I met my husband who was studying to become a Civil Engineer and then I taught first grade before we had our first child, Jackson at which point I decided to stay home. Now, Jackson is 6, Blake is 4 & Mason is almost 2. Currently, I am a Group X instructor in Bismarck, ND. Yes, it gets very cold here, but I love this city!!
